Critical Incident Review
Critical incident reviews play a vital role in organizational learning and risk management. Our team of experts have reviewed several of the highest profile active shooter incidents in the world including the Pulse Nightclub mass shooting, the London Bridge attack and the New Zealand Mosque mass shooting.
