USE OF FORCE EXPERT

Norton Police Consulting is a team of law enforcement practitioners with extensive experience in use of force investigations, tactical operations, less lethal, high-risk patrol operations, crowd control, and police practices. We are involved in developing tactical team best practices in collaboration with the National Tactical Officers Association and the California Association of Tactical Officers. We have also reviewed numerous high-profile active shooter incidents and officer-involved shootings across the nation and abroad. We have provided expert witness services to several large metropolitan agencies and have experience working with agencies that are under federal consent decrees. We are available nationally and work with plaintiff, defendant, and criminal court clients in state and federal court. Norton Police Consulting also provides consulting services to agencies who need policy assistance and consulting needs.
